Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, experienced Call Center Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. This is a sales-focused outbound calling position, not customer service.

Appointment Setters are responsible for contacting homeowners, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Compensation

• $17.50/hour base pay
• $100 commission for every appointment that results in a closed sale

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Schedule

Our call center operates 7 days a week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Employees work:

• 4 weekdays
• 1 weekend day
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• One unpaid 1-hour lunch
