Matrix Basement Finishing is expanding its field marketing team in Kalamazoo. As a Canvassing / Field Marketing Representative, you will engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, generate interest in our services, and set qualified demos for the sales team.

This high-energy, performance-driven role offers hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions. Base pay is $20-25/hour with a $50 demo bonus per qualified demo, plus commissions on canvassing leads, shows, and open-house leads.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with homeowners.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
• Previous canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $20-25/hour

Sales Commission (2026 Structure):

• 1.5% commission on sales generated from canvassing leads
  
• 1% commission for shows and events
  
• 0.5% commission for open house leads
