Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and strategic initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with FDEs, industry specialists, and senior leadership to turn data signals into actionable plans.

You will define metrics for subscription and consumption, oversee portfolio analyses, and drive cross-functional alignment across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, shaping the future of enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams (FDE, Solution Architecture, Applied AI Specialist).
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, or hybrid cloud infra.
• Experience with cloud subscription/usage-based or PLG business models.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and operating rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Develop analytical frameworks to prioritize top enterprise accounts.
• Define and standardize metrics around private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze partnerships and co-deployment strategies with major AI ecosystem players.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to codify scalable delivery processes.
• Support investment decisions and headcount/resource planning with strategic analyses.
