Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial initiatives and accelerate Private AI growth. You will partner with FDEs, AI specialists, and sales leadership to synthesize data into actionable plans across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The role emphasizes governance, portfolio analytics, and scalable processes, with a strong focus on executive storytelling and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business ops, or management consulting.
• Direct experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-/post-sales delivery teams (FDE, Solution Architecture, or Applied AI Specialists).
• Deep enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, or hybrid cloud infra experience.
• Experience with cloud subscription, consumption-based, or product-led growth models.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Track and optimize AI adoption funnel stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Prioritize accounts using real customer signals and engage field teams for ROI workloads.
• Define standardized metrics for Private AI adoption and ARR tracking.
• Collaborate on GTM alignment with AI ecosystem partners and revenue ops.
