Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will synthesize technical and commercial signals for senior leadership and manage governance, adoption funnel, and strategic metrics across regions.

Lead cross-functional teams including FDEs, specialists, and sales leaders; drive business reviews, portfolio analyses, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders up to C-suite and translate data into executive storylines.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and hybrid cloud contexts is a plus.
• Proven track record in GTM strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythm for AMER, EMEA, APAC regions.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery to Production stages.
• Prioritize strategic accounts and filter high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define standardized metrics around subscription and adoption.
• Collaborate with partners to align go-to-market and revenue models.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and governance for the Applied AI org.
