Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, operating rhythms, and strategic metrics for Private AI adoption. You’ll partner with FDEs, AI Specialists, and revenue teams to translate complex signals into actionable plans for executives.

In this high-autonomy role, you’ll shape portfolio analyses, governance forums, and cross-functional processes across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, enabling scalable, data-driven outcomes and sustained ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders using data-driven stories.
• Experience with enterprise data management platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for Applied AI across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with leadership to optimize four execution stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize top accounts and ROI workloads.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to codify scalable processes and governance.
