Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and lead governance, portfolio analyses, and executive storytelling across AMER/EMEA/APAC.

In this high-autonomy role, you will translate complex technical signals into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, manage cross-functional teams including FDEs, engineers, and sales, and drive key metrics and governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Direct experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams.
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, machine learning/AI, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud subscription, consumption-based, or product-led growth (PLG) business models.
• Experience supporting enterprise organizations through rapid revenue growth and global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions; manage MBRs and analytics for senior leadership.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with leadership to track customer progression through stages.
• Develop account prioritization and use case frameworks, filtering high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Services.
• Support business planning and executive storytelling for investments and headcount.
