Cloudera, a leader in enterprise data platforms, is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to guide global governance, optimize the AI adoption funnel, and align field engineering with sales to accelerate Private AI growth.

In this high-autonomy, cross-functional role, you will define metrics, perform deep portfolio analyses, and synthesize insights for senior leadership to inform investments, headcount planning, and regional execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations
• Experience supporting technical sales or post-sales delivery
• Domain experience in enterprise software, data analytics, AI, or hybrid cloud
• Familiarity with cloud subscription or usage-based models
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional sales leaders

Responsabilités

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for AMER, EMEA, APAC across the Applied AI org
• Track, analyze, and optimize the AI adoption funnel through Discovery to Production
• Create analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 strategic lists
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and GTM Sales Strategy
• Support ecosystem and commercial strategy with partners (NVIDIA, VAST) for ARR expansion
• Lead cross-functional efforts to codify repeatable delivery patterns across Account Executives and Solution Engineers
