Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global governance, operating rhythms, and accelerate Private AI growth. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives across AMER, EMEA and APAC, partnering with the Chief Business Officer and AI teams to craft data‑driven strategies and compelling executive storytelling.

In this role, you will govern the AI adoption funnel, define critical metrics, and ensure scalable processes for tracking flywheel effects from discovery

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite executives and regional VPs with clear storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management platforms and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and data manipulation skills; knowledge of GTM systems and BI tools.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Establish, evolve, and manage the operating rhythm for the global Applied AI organization.
• Lead the monthly business review process from data gathering to executive synthesis.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through AI adoption stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 lists.
• Define and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR expansion.
• Collaborate on go-to-market alignment with AI ecosystem partners and revenue ops.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and solution productization.
