Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing environment.
• Strong mechanical, technical, and mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn products and explain information to others.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal teams to understand applications and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Answer technical product questions and help troubleshoot application and installation challenges.
• Assist customers and sales teams with product sizing, selection, specifications, and cross-references.
• Provide technical support to internal and external sales representatives.
• Support field service teams with product and application questions.
• Help develop and deliver product training through in-person, virtual, and other educational channels.
• Work with marketing, engineering, sales, service, and product teams to share customer feedback and improve technical resources.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, applications, and customers.
