Job summary

Floworks is seeking an Application Sales Engineer to deliver pre- and post-sale technical support, including product proposals, evaluating customer requirements, and resolving application issues.

The role blends technical product knowledge with outside sales responsibilities, requiring collaboration with field sales, operations, and vendor partners to grow the territory and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interface.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a sales engineering role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support with product proposals and demonstrations.
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and provide product training; assist in process control solutions.
• Establish rapport to understand service requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Travel to customer facilities or vendor locations as needed to support opportunities.
• Collaborate with outside sales to develop accounts and grow territory.
