Job summary

Bradford White seeks a Product Applications Specialist at our Ambler, PA location. You will act as the liaison between internal and external customers regarding the Bradford White Water Heaters portfolio, focusing on installation, operation and application specifics to support sales and customers.

You will analyze technical questions, prepare training materials, and deliver both on-site and online training.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a technical and/or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong MS Office experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while delivering results.
• Strong technical and/or mathematical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and sales to determine sizing and applications prior to installation.
• Analyze product dimensions and performance to provide timely product support.
• Provide accurate product details for marketing literature and digital assets.
• Support internal and external sales with cross references and sizing.
• Create or assist with technical sales materials and training presentations.
• Help deliver on-site or off-site product training.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify education opportunities and online training.
