Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent education is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Technical and/or Customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong MS Office experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong customer-oriented work ethic is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and/or sales to determine sizing, applications and other technical questions before installation.
• Analyze product dimensional and performance characteristics to provide timely support.
• Provide accurate product details for marketing literature and digital assets.
• Provide internal and external sales support regarding cross references, sizing, etc.
• Create or assist in technical sales and training material for Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Assist with on-site or off-site product training delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify educational opportunities for on-site or online training.
