Job summary

The role includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to CaptiveAire products, market approach, and business development strategies, with significant travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years sales/engineering experience in a technical environment.
• Engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/construction or science field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and training events.
• Ability to provide solutions-oriented, customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales meetings to build relationships with customers.
• Application engineering to apply products with engineering principles.
• Project management of installations and on-site coordination.
• Provide service and technical support for existing equipment.
• Develop territory through customer presentations and engineering outreach.

Skills

Experience: 2-5 years

FE Exam planned

Customer interfacing

Communication & presentation

Willing to travel

Education

4-year technical degree (ME/EE/Construction/Science)
