Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head the Appian COE and shape platform strategy for enterprise delivery. You will guide architecture, development standards and governance, while mentoring teams to deliver scalable, secure applications that meet business needs.

You will oversee solution design, integration patterns and platform optimization, collaborating with stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading IT delivery teams and multiple projects.
• Deep Appian platform knowledge, including design patterns and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects.
• Guide project scoping, planning and delivery to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Provide technical mentorship and growth support to developers.
