Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head the Appian COE, guiding strategy, architecture and governance for enterprise Appian delivery. This senior role emphasizes scalable, secure applications and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

You will mentor a team of developers, set design patterns, and drive platform optimization while remaining accountable for delivery quality and risk management. Remote work is provided for Indiana residents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years as an applications development leader
• Deep Appian platform experience including solution design and patterns
• Strong leadership, architecture and delivery background

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and COE delivery across enterprise projects
• Define and promote Appian design patterns, standards and best practices
• Oversee architecture, governance, integrations and platform optimization
• Mentor developers and build high-performing teams across multiple initiatives
• Provide architectural reviews and guidance to ensure quality and security
