Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a senior Appian leader to head the Appian COE and steer platform delivery across enterprise initiatives. You will set strategy, define patterns and standards, and guide architecture, governance and secure solutions that scale.

In this remote role, you will mentor engineers, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee multiple projects, and partner with security and vendor groups to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years as an applications development leader.
• Deep technical experience with the Appian platform, including solution design, development and established Appian design patterns.
• Senior-level experience in software development, technical leadership or solution architecture.
• Strong background in software delivery methods and application architecture.
• Experience with integration technologies including web services, FTP and JMS.
• Proven people leadership experience: managing teams, mentoring developers and overseeing delivery across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.

• Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects and initiatives.
• Define and promote Appian design patterns, development standards and technical best practices.
• Guide architecture and design for new applications, integrations and platform optimization.
