Morley seeks a Senior Appian COE Leader to drive the Appian platform strategy and solution delivery. You will guide architecture, governance and best practices while mentoring teams to build scalable, secure applications that meet business needs.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and enterprise standards. This remote role emphasizes strong technical leadership and collaboration with Morley and client teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in applications development leadership.
• Deep technical experience with the Appian platform, including solution design and established Appian design patterns.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects.
• Define and promote Appian design patterns, development standards and best practices.
• Guide architecture and design for new applications, integrations and platform optimization.
• Oversee project scoping, solution planning and delivery execution with realistic estimates.
