Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. seeks a senior Appian leader to run the COE, setting strategy and standards for Appian delivery across multiple enterprise projects. You will guide architecture, governance and platform optimization while mentoring a growing team of developers.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications and manage complex integrations. Remote-eligible with Georgia resident requirements, you will balance strategic oversight with

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years as an applications development leader.
Deep technical experience with the Appian platform and design patterns.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex software solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects.
Own project scoping, planning and delivery execution with realistic estimates.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and growth support to developers.
Oversee COE governance, reusable assets and delivery frameworks.
Advise leaders on Appian capabilities, risks and solution options.
Guide integrations between Appian and external systems using web services, FTP, JMS.
Partner with Appian vendors and coordinate external resources as needed.
Own production support and IT service management for the platform.
