Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to direct the Appian COE, setting strategy, standards and governance for enterprise-level Appian delivery. You will guide architecture, integrations and platform optimization while mentoring a team of developers.

This remote role targets Ohio residents and offers a pathway to influence across Morley’s technology landscape. The position emphasizes leadership, technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years as an applications development leader.
Deep technical experience with the Appian platform, including solution design and Appian design patterns.
Senior-level experience in software development, technical leadership or solution architecture.
Experience with integration technologies including web services, FTP and JMS.
Proven people leadership experience: managing teams and overseeing delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects and initiatives.
Handle project scoping, planning and delivery execution with clear direction and realistic estimates.
Mentor developers and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the Appian COE governance, reusable assets and delivery frameworks.
Advise leaders on Appian capabilities, risks and solution options.
