Job summary

Morley is seeking a senior leader to lead its Appian COE, guiding strategy, architecture and governance for delivery of scalable, secure Appian solutions across multiple initiatives. This remote role is open to Michigan residents and centers on setting platform standards and patterns.

You will mentor developers, define design patterns, and oversee architecture, governance and delivery frameworks to drive high-quality outcomes for complex enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years in applications development leadership.
• Deep technical experience with the Appian platform, including solution design and established Appian design patterns.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to guide multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across projects.
• Define Appian design patterns, development standards and best practices.
• Oversee project scoping, delivery leadership and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor developers and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee COE governance, reusable assets and delivery frameworks.
• Advise leaders on Appian capabilities, risks and solution options.
