Job summary

Morley is seeking a Senior Appian Leader to head the Appian COE, set platform strategy, and guide architecture across initiatives. You will mentor a growing team, establish design patterns, and drive secure, scalable solutions for enterprise clients from a remote, Indiana-focused location.

You will shape governance, oversee integrations, and partner with executives to align technology with business goals, delivering high-impact results with disciplined delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical teams delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to align technical work with business goals.
• Experience designing and guiding Appian-based solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and architecture across projects; define patterns and best practices.
• Oversee scoping, planning and delivery execution with realistic estimates.
• Mentor developers, build COE culture, and ensure governance and security standards.
• Manage integration efforts with external systems (web services, FTP, JMS).
• Serve as senior advisor on technical decisions and risk management.
