Job summary

Morley is seeking a senior Appian leader to drive the COE and guide enterprise-scale Appian delivery from a remote location across Michigan residents. You will set strategy, standards and governance, mentor developers and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

You will lead multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver architectural direction while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years as an applications development leader.
• Deep technical experience with the Appian platform, including solution design and established design patterns.
• Senior-level experience in software development, technical leadership or solution architecture.
• Experience with integration technologies including web services, FTP and JMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian strategy and solution architecture across initiatives.
• Define and promote Appian design patterns, development standards and best practices.
• Guide architecture and design for new applications, integrations and platform optimization.
