TikTok is seeking a Commercially-driven Client Solutions Vertical Manager for the Apparel vertical in New York. You will drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution while leading a team of Client Solutions Managers in close collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

Success requires strong leadership, data-driven storytelling, and the ability to translate advertiser needs into scalable product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• 3+ years of experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.
• Willingness to work in New York (NY), with extensive travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure campaign execution within the Apparel vertical.
• Lead and coach Client Solutions Managers (CSM) and coordinate with Sales and Product teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence go-to-market and product roadmaps.
