Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Vertical Manager for the Apparel vertical in Austin. You will drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution while leading and coaching the Client Solutions team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• 3+ years of experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams.
• Willingness to work in Austin (Texas), with extensive travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in the Apparel vertical and articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients.
• Train and empower the team to educate clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow partnerships.
• Partner with Vertical Leadership to identify priorities, growth opportunities, and efficiencies using data-backed recommendations.
• Lead your CSM team in developing playbooks that drive measurable client business outcomes.
