You will manage the Client Solutions Managers and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver measurable client outcomes. You will empower your team with data-driven playbooks, train external product consultants, and advocate for advertiser needs in product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in digital advertising or ad sales.
• 3+ years of experience managing client solutions teams.
• Willingness to travel to Los Angeles (California).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution within the Apparel vertical.
• Manage Client Solutions Managers and collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
• Lead data-driven analysis and create scalable playbooks to grow client partnerships.
• Develop and coach teams to deliver consultative, ROI-focused campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform features and tie ROI to client value.
• Partner with Product to surface advertiser needs for roadmaps.
