Job summary

• CFC certification, HVAC license and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal; assist residents.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance and after-hours issues.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
