Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property and grounds in good condition and to prepare vacant units for occupancy. The role requires hands-on maintenance, tool handling, and reliable on-call availability in a dynamic property environment.

The position supports HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upkeep, with emphasis on safety, professional appearance, and timely responses to resident requests.

Competenze

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and proper uniform.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour response to service requests.
