Qualifications

• Operate hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain property.
• Know-how in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Work on an on-call basis and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
