Apartment Management Consultants is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle daily repairs and upkeep of property buildings and grounds. You will manage supplies, ensure tools are ready, and respond to service requests including eviction-related lock-outs.

A strong emphasis on safety and professional appearance is required. Responsibilities include maintaining vacant units, coordinating with residents, and being available for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical required.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents; on-call when needed.
• Ensure professional appearance and comply with safety policies; secure maintenance areas.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and 24-hour service response as required.
