Job summary

Q10 Property Advisors, LLC is seeking reliable maintenance team members to support preventative, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic repairs across properties. You will assist with make-readies, service requests, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents.

Requires at least 2 years of apartment/property maintenance experience; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. HVAC/EPA/Pest control certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of apartment, property, or related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification (Preferred).
• EPA certification for Freon handling (Preferred).
• Pool/spa and pest control certification (if performed in-house).
• CPO (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform general property maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed level).
• Install and troubleshoot appliances; drywall repair, carpentry, painting, hardware replacement.
• Pool care and pest control (if performed in-house).
• Identify and resolve safety hazards around the property.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests and completed work.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
