Job summary

This role requires on-site work, on-call availability for emergencies, and coordination with the property manager. A high school diploma and basic maintenance skills are required; HVAC/CFC and Yardi experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.
• CFC certification/HVAC license and related certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent system preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carry out general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, door/lock repair, and tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool, and elevator upkeep.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify needs.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance.
• Communicate with leadership about all maintenance issues.
