Under supervision of the Service Manager, you will handle preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and safety inspections, with focus on quality workmanship and timely service.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and willingness to perform a range of trades in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections per schedule and procedures.
• Assist with apartment turns, renovations, and basic repairs.
• Maintain inventory, document service requests, and schedule turnovers.
• Provide timely resident repairs with a focus on quality and safety.
• Help maintain curb appeal and ensure safety standards are met.
