Job summary

Middleburg Communities is hiring a Service Technician to support the Service Manager and Property Manager in maintaining assets, performing general maintenance, and preparing apartments for turnover. The role emphasizes safety, timely repairs, and high-quality curb appeal across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Regulatory certifications such as lead, asbestos, renovations/repairs desired.
• At least 2 years in apartment maintenance or 3+ years in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and vacancy turnover per schedule and policies.
• Communicate safety concerns and maintain curb appeal and unit readiness.
• Process work orders, track inventory, and assist with supplies and safety compliance.
• Assist with resident move-outs and apartment renovations; coordinate with managers.
