Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• On-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
