Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties. You’ll assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily site upkeep.

Regular on-site attendance is required, and you’ll respond to resident requests, perform pool maintenance, log chemical data, and ensure safety with OSHA guidelines. Must have high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes: corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the community, common areas, and units; perform inspections and safety checks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
