Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of the property, including routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision. You will also handle make-ready work to meet operational objectives.

Key duties include on-site attendance, responding to requests, pool maintenance, and maintaining safety logs and records as part of a proactive team dedicated to resident satisfaction and property excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and housekeeping in common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including pool care and logs.
• Assist with make-ready processes and safety programs.
• Maintain records of service requests and inventory as requested.
