Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas of the property. The role includes handling make-ready units and basic repairs under supervision.

You will operate equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers, comply with OSHA and safety policies, and contribute to the property’s aesthetics and safety. The position requires flexibility with hours, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including basic carpentry and general repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal and power washing.
• Clean breezeways, floors, doors, and handrails; assist in pool maintenance.
