Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep interior and exterior common areas clean at the community. You will perform custodial duties, grounds work, make-ready prep, and basic pool care, with equipment operation and safety compliance.

The role requires 1 year in maintenance, basic trades knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Onsite schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• General knowledge in trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance; drywall, basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Complete grounds work and landscaping tasks as directed.
• Clean breezeways, power wash surfaces, and manage debris removal.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash outs prior to occupancy.
• Operate equipment like power washers, floor scrubbers, and carts.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic pool care.
