Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep the interior and exterior common areas clean at our apartment community in East Point, GA. This hands-on role requires reliable performance and a focus on safety.

You will perform custodial tasks, grounds work, make-ready preparations, operate power washers and floor equipment, respond to after-hours requests, and complete work orders within 24–48 hours in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year in maintenance or related field.
• General knowledge of skilled trades (carpentry, drywall, basic repairs).

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Assist in make-ready units prior to leasing.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely (power washer, floor scrubbers, etc.).
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
