The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

What We Need From You

• EPA or HVAC Certification preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks ($200 bonus)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
