Monarch Investment and Management is hiring an entry-level Apartment Maintenance Technician in your city. The full-time position runs 8:30-5:30, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties every 3rd week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• EPA Universal Certification a plus; CPO Certification a plus.
• Ability to perform basic job duties demonstrated during interview.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Support 24/7 emergency on-call coverage.

Monarch Investment and Management is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in your city!

POSITION: Full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician (entry-level)

SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call every 3rd week ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs for emergencies)

COMPENSATION: $18-21 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority

• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Some plumbing and electrical experience
• EPA Universal Certification a plus
• CPO Certification a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
