Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance HVAC Technician II for The Brookeville Apartments in Columbus, OH. The role covers make-readies, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance to ensure resident comfort.

HVAC or EPA certification is required along with drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair knowledge. The position includes pay, quarterly bonuses up to $750, on-call bonus, 401(k) matching, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification required.
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry.
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe.
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal.
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone.
• Snow removal.

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance HVAC Technician II to join our team at The Brookeville Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $24.00-$28.00


• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00


• $100.00 on-call bonus (1 week every 6 weeks)
