Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Park Avenue West Apartments. You will prepare apartments between residents, handle on-site maintenance calls, and perform preventative maintenance with a focus on quality and timely responses.

We offer a pay range of $22.00–$25.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus up to $750 and a $100 on-call bonus. Other benefits include 401k with matching, insurance options, paid holidays and PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
• Make ready / turning units between tenants.
• Painting/staining interior and exterior applications.
• At least 40 hours per week.
• On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments between residents for new occupants.
• Respond to on-site maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces as needed.

What We Need from you
