Monarch Investment And Management Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a career oriented Maintenance HVAC Technician to join Wake Robin Apartments. You will respond quickly to resident needs and perform on-site maintenance and make-ready tasks.

We offer pay of $24.00-$26.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses up to $750, an on-call bonus, 401k matching, paid holidays, PTO, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, plus training and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform Make Ready / turning units.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Excellent time management and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely, prioritized manner.
• Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants.
• Paint/Stain interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Manage and implement preventative maintenance program.
• Assist with exterior structural maintenance when required.

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance HVAC Technician to join our team at Wake Robin Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Job Duties:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
