Monarch Investment and Management is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician (entry-level) in your city. The role includes on-site work, a structured 8:30-5:30 schedule, and on-call weeks with bonus opportunities.

You’ll join a 30-year-old property manager with a large portfolio and strong community focus. The job emphasizes hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and preventative tasks, along with on-site safety and efficiency to keep units ready for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic drywall, painting and carpentry knowledge.
• Some plumbing and electrical experience.
• EPA Universal Certification a plus.
• CPO Certification a plus.
• Familiarity with appliances (washers and dryers).
• Ability to demonstrate basic job duties during interview.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Support coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Monarch Investment and Management is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in your city!

POSITION: Full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician (entry-level)

SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call every 3rd week ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs for emergencies)

COMPENSATION: $18-21 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities

• -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
