Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Edge at Arlington Apartments in Columbus, OH. You will ensure apartments are ready between tenants, handle on-site maintenance, and perform preventative maintenance to keep property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Boiler/Chillers required.
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required.
• Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants.
• Painting/Staining interior and exterior applications.

Responsibilities

• 40 hours per week.
• Keep apartments ready between residents and respond to on-site maintenance calls.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Edge at Arlington Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $28.00 - $35.00/hr. based on experience
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $1,000.00

What We Need from you
