Monarch Investment And Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, MN. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and prepare units for new residents, with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall & painting, water heater systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents.
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 9AM to 5PM + on-call rotation
