Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Willow Crossings Apartments in Terre Haute, IN. This is a full-time role with on-site duties including repair, turnover, and preventative maintenance.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses, on-call bonuses, 401(k) with match, paid training, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision. Candidates need 2+ years in relevant maintenance and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC Working knowledge and Experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willow Crossings Apartments in Terre Haute, IN

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with emergency on-call coverage 1 week every 5 weeks
