Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a skilled building maintenance technician to join our daytime team in Eastvale, CA. The role focuses on general repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring clean, functional facilities for residents and staff.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of building maintenance experience and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and other handyman tasks. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities to support outside contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall and flooring tasks.
• Skilled in additional handyman-related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, and drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors as required.
• Install and repair wiring, outlets and switches.
• Install appliances and perform drywall repairs.
• Paint walls and clean communal areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Complete work orders promptly and estimate repair time.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Supervise external contractors when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
